We are located in Sarasota, Fl, and led by Teri Graham, an ISA Certified Arborist with over 12 years of experience across the state of Florida, including disaster response and recovery in different cities and states after several major hurricanes.

 

As an ISA Certified Arborist, Teri specializes in tree evaluations, risk assessments, nutrient deficiencies, disease & insect infestation diagnostics, as well as treatment recommendations to correct such issues when plausible.  With extensive experience and specialty in Grand Trees such as our mature Live oak trees and also Pines and Palms. By choosing Teri as your independent consultant, you benefit from unbiased recommendations that one may get when just getting a "quote" from a Tree Service that is there to sell you on services and may, or may not have the education, training, skill or experience to really know what to recommend and why.  Instead, Teri offers a professional opinion, be it your first, second or last opinion it will be based on the actual condition of your trees and the industry best in recommendations for improving the tree and/or safety of your property and families.  She loves and always wishes to save trees whenever possible and yet also realizes when trees are at the end of their life cycle, or are too diseased or damaged to recover and need to be removed.

We offer written recommendations, Pruning with a Purpose, for your Tree Services to follow and can also be retained to be on site to guide a Tree Services work.

Our range of services includes full Level III inspections, Grand Tree Preservation Plans, Holistic, Organic and natural Treatments for Nutrient deficiencies, Diseases and Insect infestations, when caught in time to treat.

 

Pre- and Post Hurricane Inspections.  Make sure your trees are safe prior to Hurricane Season and then again if your area experienced Hurricane winds to make sure the root systems were not overly compromised and to get recommendations to properly repair trees damaged in storms called "Restoration Pruning."

Looking to buy a new house with large Trees? We highly recommend a Pre-purchase Tree Inspection during your inspection period. We can't tell you how many times we get calls after the closing to then come and inspect large trees that were often a big selling point to the buyer, to then discover major issues that either cost quite a bit to treat & restore, or worse, the trees are beyond help and should have been removed before the house was sold, as they are hazards and must be removed, usually in a difficult to access location that ranges from $5000 to more than $10,000. depending on number of trees and the size and location.  Many examples.  So, save yourself the headache and get an inspection, if we find anything wrong we can give you a report to use for negotiation on the purchase price.

Soil Compaction Air Spade remedy is another widely under estimated, known or utilized service.  Most of our soil in our yards in compacted and that creates a number of health and safety issues that can be corrected if caught in time. 

 

Soil Amendments, used in conjunction with the AirSpade, adds life back into the soil which feeds your trees.

 

Additional offerings: Full Written reports with pictures, letters for removal (when warranted,) tree trimming recommendations. . We also offer referrals for tree services that could best meet your needs. Teri had a large tree care service on the east coast of Florida (that is still in business) for seven years before returning back to Sarasota, to focus on helping residential, commercial, municipal, and HOA clients best care for, preserve, and monitor their trees.
